Boom Welding Process
Boom Structure of Crane is one of most important parts made of high-tensile steel plate and usually it is metaphorically illustrated as an arm of human-being. And it is manufactured by auto welding machine in order to prevent or minimize welding deformation and in order to keep high quality of boom structure.
Crane Assembling Process
The crane is finally assembled with various kinds of components of about 250 parts. Especially, this process is required to keep a clean and careful treatment by well-trained and high skilled members.
Crane Testing Process
At first stage, all assembled cranes are to be tested at the shop to verify their functions and to check the performances of main hydraulic components and any oil leakage. This process is the most important process to determine the quality of crane product along with the inspection of the parts and sub-assembly during works.
Crane Mounting Works and Final Testing Process
After shop test of crane, the crane is to be mounted on the supplied truck chassis under the consideration of the tics and structure of chassis. After that, final test is to be performed and checked again various functions, performances, any oil leakage, etc. And finally, the truck-mounted crane is to be delivered to the customers with their satisfaction.
